The purpose
The stories behind the person.
Through my documentaries, I explore the experiences that shape who we become: divorce and heartbreak, prison and second chances, finding new love, raising children alone, family relationships, personal struggles, and rebuilding life after difficult chapters. I’m interested in the stories behind the person—the moments the outside world rarely gets to see.
For me, documentary filmmaking isn’t about creating a perfect image of someone’s life. It’s about preserving the truth of their journey—the victories, mistakes, pain, growth, and everything in between.
After 11 years of telling these stories, my purpose remains simple: give real people a platform, document experiences that might otherwise go untold, and create films that allow people to see a piece of themselves in someone else’s story.
